Privacy Policy

Divergent Logic Partners Inc.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Divergent Logic Partners Inc. ("Divergent Logic," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and retains information through the website located at the Divergent Logic domain (the "Site"). We collect limited information through the Site in order to operate the Site, protect it from abuse, understand aggregate usage and respond to inquiries. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information You Provide

When you submit the diagnostic inquiry form or otherwise contact us through the Site, we may collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email address, company, role, company website, the commercial challenge you describe, your stated objective, and any optional business ranges or referral information you include.

3. Technical Information

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information generated by your use of the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, security events and approximate country. This information is used to deliver the Site, prevent abuse and maintain security.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site and its service providers may use cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as local storage, to support core site functionality, to distinguish legitimate use of the Site from automated abuse, and to understand aggregate usage of the Site as described in Sections 5 and 6. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function as intended.

5. Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the Site. This service is intended to operate without the use of cross-site tracking cookies and to report usage in aggregate rather than by identifying individual visitors.

6. Human Verification

The inquiry form on the Site may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals required to perform that verification.

7. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

(a) respond to your inquiry and assess whether an engagement with Divergent Logic may be a fit;

(b) operate, secure and improve the Site;

(c) maintain a record of business communications; and

(d) meet our legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email delivery and workflow automation on our behalf. Our infrastructure and service providers are based in Canada and the United States. These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.

9. Retention

We retain the information described in this Privacy Policy only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, to manage a potential business relationship with you, to meet our legal, accounting or security obligations, or to maintain an appropriate business record, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete information that is no longer required for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. To make such a request, please contact us as described in Section 12. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

11. How to Raise a Concern

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first as described in Section 12 so that we can try to resolve it. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction or, in relation to our handling of information as a Canadian organization, with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12. Contact

Privacy inquiries can be submitted through the contact form on the Site by selecting Privacy.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised policy on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date, and material changes will be indicated by that updated date. Your continued use of the Site after a revised policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
